• Account information: your name, email address, and Google profile information when you sign in with Google.
• Pet photos: images you upload to generate 3D models of your pet.
• Pet data: the name and memories you provide about your pet.
• Chat messages: messages you send to the AI chat interface within the sanctuary.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Stripe or Paddle); we do not store your full card details.
• Usage data: information about how you use the Service, including generation counts and session activity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• Generate 3D models and AI chat experiences personalised to your pet.
• Process payments and manage your subscription.
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the Service.

3. Third Parties We Share Data With

We work with trusted third-party service providers to deliver the Service. These providers may process your data as necessary to provide their services:

• 3D model generation service providers — receive your pet photos to generate 3D models. Subject to their own privacy policies.
• AI service providers — receive your chat messages and pet memories to power the AI chat experience. Subject to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

4. Pet Photos and 3D Models

Pet photos you upload are sent to our 3D model generation service providers and may be stored on their servers. The resulting 3D model files are stored on our cloud storage providers. We do not use your pet photos for any purpose other than generating your sanctuary.

5. Cookies and Authentication

We use cookies and local browser storage to maintain your authentication session. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or tracking purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will delete your personal data from our systems within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.

7. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time by contacting us on X (Twitter) at @everpawlove. We will process your request within 30 days. Please note that data shared with third-party providers is subject to their own deletion policies.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

EverPaw is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
