EverPaw ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it.

1. Information We Collect

When you use EverPaw, we collect:

• Account information — your email address, name, and profile photo, provided by Google Sign-In.
• Pet photos — the photos you upload to generate your pet's 3D sanctuary.
• Pet memories — the name, memories, and other text you enter about your pet.

2. Service Providers We Use

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run EverPaw. Your data is shared with them only as needed to provide the Service:

• Supabase — stores your account and pet data in our database.
• Tripo3D API — receives your pet photos to generate the 3D model.
• Anthropic (Claude AI) — powers the AI chat responses when you talk to your pet, using your pet's memories and chat messages for context.

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
• We do not share your data with any third party other than the service providers listed above.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data from our systems within a reasonable time.

5. Deleting Your Account

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at odenboywtf@gmail.com.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new "last updated" date.
