Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

EverPaw operates on a subscription basis. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed for a billing period, we do not issue refunds for that period, regardless of whether you continue to use the Service.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us on X (Twitter) at @everpawlove. Upon cancellation, you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation takes effect.

Free Trial

EverPaw offers a 30-day free trial for new users. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged at the current subscription rate. To avoid being charged, please cancel before the trial period expires.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there has been a billing error or exceptional circumstance, please contact us on X (Twitter) at @everpawlove within 7 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
